How do I push statistics from sent VR email campaigns back into Salesforce?

The Update Statistics feature in your VerticalResponse account will send data on opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes for selected email campaigns to the Salesforce VR Email History Lead and VR Email History Contact objects. If the list was created from a Salesforce Campaign, the campaign history object for your Leads and Contacts will be updated with custom member status values of opened, clicked, bounced, or unsubscribed, but only if these were added to the Campaign as Member Status Values prior to launch. To update statistics follow these steps:

  1. Go to the VR Statistics tab in Salesforce or to VR Email tab | View Sent Emails
  2. Select the email with the reporting data you wish to push back into your Salesforce Leads and Contacts
  3. Click the Update Statistics button
