How do I see who opened, clicked, bounced, and unsubscribed in Salesforce Campaign History?

The Campaign History object in Salesforce will be updated with VerticalResponse email data if  the list mailed to was derived from a Salesforce Campaign. The VR List Type will show (Salesforce Campaign) after the list name.

For reporting data to show in the Campaign History object you must add the following values to your Campaign before sending your email:

1. Go to the Campaign in question
2. Click Advanced Setup
3. Add bounced, opened, clicked and unsubscribed as new Member Status Values

Email sent to lists created using this Campaign will display this data under the Current Member Status updated in the Lead and Contact Campaign History object.
